NGOs in MathuraMathura is the land of devotion. It is the land of Krishna. He is the embodiment of love for others and duty towards mankind above all. Mathura being the lord’s land, is full of selfless people and institutions devoted to the cause of humanity in its myriad forms and combinations. The land is replete with non-governmental organization working to ameliorate the suffering and pain of others. They seem to believe that even the smallest act of caring for another human being is like a drop of water in the vast pool of life but the one that will cause ripples in the entire pond. It is the belief of many of these NGOs that the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
